Find the content you need and see what's new, faster.
Your creator content library is most useful when you can easily find what's in it. As libraries grow, that gets harder: content gets buried under old requests, and searching by request title has its limitations.
Today, we're shipping two updates to CrowdRiff Creators that make discovery a lot easier.
We heard from one of our destination marketing partners that roughly 65–70% of their searches were looking for things the old search experience simply didn't index: landmarks, venues, events, descriptive themes.
Search now looks across:
That means you can search by destination, venue, event, or a descriptive keyword — not just whatever the request happened to be named. For example, type "hiking" and you'll find submissions that mention it in a caption, even if it's buried three requests deep.
Search is live now, and we've already indexed your historical content, so there are no additional steps on your end.
The Content page is also moving from content nested under individual Requests to a single, chronological view. Your newest deliveries surface first by default, with the option to flip to oldest-first.
Nothing to configure—just log in and see these updates for yourself!
