We’re excited to share a refresh of how you view and manage your requests in Creators by CrowdRiff!
Our goal? Make it easier to track your progress, manage content, and, most importantly, get back to creating extraordinary stories for your destination.
Below you’ll find the highlights of what’s changed, and how these updates will make navigating your content much easier!
A fresh look for request management
We’ve made things so much simpler by consolidating all your requests into a single view. The new infinite scroll feature lets you browse smoothly, and our updated side menu organizes all the key options in one place.
All-in-one interface: See and manage all requests in one single-source-of-truth location.
Infinite scroll: Continue exploring requests seamlessly without navigating to multiple pages, no matter how many requests you have.
Updated sidebar: We’ve reorganized and added new menus to make it easier to find the content you need, right when you need it.
Filters, search, and sorting
Being able to find exactly what you need (and when you need it) helps you stay focused on your creative work! Our revised filters, search, and sorting options keep everything at your fingertips.
Filters: Filter by status, delivery date, or rating when you're looking for the content request you had in mind.
Search bar: Quickly locate requests or shoot titles by entering keywords into the search bar.
Smart sorting: Keep the most recent requests on top or see which ones were updated last.
Understanding statuses and our new table
A clear view of each request’s status goes a long way in streamlining content management. That’s why we’ve added more detailed statuses and made them easier to spot within a single, consolidated table.
Clear status overview: Nine statuses and two expandable counts (like Draft, Ready for Creators, or Assigned) give you precise insight into the progress of your shoot.
Unified request table: Titles, dates, ratings and statuses are all in one place, making it easy to analyze the different content that you have.
Avatars, ratings, and key actions
We’ve introduced new features that help you manage assignments and provide feedback at a glance. Color-coded creator avatars stand out, and convenient rating options ensure you can keep up momentum:
At-a-glance ratings: Rate content directly in the table with fewer clicks.
New request button: Quickly see if you have enough shoots and book new requests directly on the platform.
Edit, delete, and link: Edit or delete a request in Draft/Review status, or link to delivered assignments in the CrowdRiff platform experience.
