Feature launch: More visibility + faster actions

We’ve been busy improving the Creators platform, and we’re excited to roll out two new features that make it even easier for you to keep your content library fresh and flowing.

See exactly where your shoots stand

We’ve added a real-time shoots counter right at the top of your dashboard. With one glance, you can now track:

• Available → Shoots ready to use
• In progress → Requests that are currently underway
• Delivered → Content that’s already in your library
  

Whether you’re prepping for a big seasonal push or just want a quick status check, these counters help you stay organized. No digging around required.

Refill on shoots in just a few clicks

Running low on shoots? You can now top up directly in the platform with our new Buy Now button without the need to contact support.

In just a couple clicks you can:

1. Pick the shoot pack that fits your needs (3, 10, 20+)
2. Check out securely (powered by Shopify)
3. Watch your Available number update, usually within 30 minutes
   

It’s the fastest way to keep your creative pipeline moving, especially when inspiration strikes at the last minute.

How it all fits together

1. Submit a request → moves to In Progress
2. Content delivered → moves to Delivered
3. Need more shoots? → click Buy Now and refresh Available
   

Everything stays within the familiar dashboard you know, now with even more visibility and control.
