Download Creators content directly to your phone

We’re making it easier for customers to get Creators content onto their phone.

Customers can now open a new download modal with two options: Download to Device or Download to Mobile. Download to Mobile generates a single-use QR code that customers can scan with their phone to download one or multiple selected assets directly to mobile.

This removes the current workaround where customers download assets to desktop first, then transfer them to their phone using email, Slack, Dropbox, Google Drive, or AirDrop.

How it works

When you download content in Creators, you'll now see two tabs:

• Download to Device — the download behavior you already know, still the default
• Download to Mobile — select one or multiple assets, scan a single-use QR code with your phone, and download them directly to your device

No file transfers through other apps. Just select, scan, and download.

A few details worth knowing:

• Assets download at original size — nothing is resized or optimized for social
• Multiple assets download together as a single .zip file, same as desktop
• Each QR code is single-use; you can refresh it to generate a new one if needed
• Download to Device isn't going anywhere — both options are available anytime
